Within the boundaries of our Old Spring Branch Civic Association are ten subdivisions. Development in these boundaries began as early as 1953. There are five (5) subdivisions whose residents declared Deed Restrictions.

Prohibited Yard Parking Ordinance
The Prohibited Yard Parking Ordinance has been approved by City Council for Old Spring Branch Civic Association. Ordinance 2010-0049, January 27, 2010. Ordinance extending the provisions of Section 28-303 of the code of ordinances for:
ABST 269 J Flowers, Point Place, Long Point Manor, Herzog HP Sec 2, Thonig Tract, Lentz Villas, Long Point Oaks, Hilldale, Hillendahl Acres, Silverbonnet Place, Economy Suburban Gardens, Woodvine Lofts
To prohibit the parking of vehicles in the front or side yards of such residences. Enforcement will be provided by the Houston Police Department. Any person who violates the prohibited yard parking shall be fined up to $150 each day a violation occurs.
